# I have received a wrong item, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect item, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please email us at **customerservices@ids.co.uk** with:

- Clear photos showing the item you received and its label showing the item code
- Your **account reference** and **order number**
- The **item code** of the product you should have received

 

Once we’ve received this information, our team will review the details and advise you on the next steps.
